    How can i keep these notifications from automatically posing to FB? My config settings are set to post to my other social network sites only with hashtags but the posts from Friends+Me still auto forward to FB and Twitter

    Chuck Burkett you have registered Friends+Me Google+ Page to your account. So unless you want F+M to repost all F+M public posts to your FB and Twitter you should unregister our G+ Page from your F+M account.

    Go to http://www.friendsplus.me/page/105750980959577516811 and look for "unregister" link.
